The information needed while entering a harbour is different from the information needed while checking a charging system or standing an overnight watch. BoatKit lets each of those jobs have its own saved dashboard instead of forcing them through one fixed instrument panel.
Start with a guided layout or arrange a flexible grid directly. Available items include digital, sweeping, linear, and history gauges; charts; wind and vessel attitude; power history; radar and sonar; tides and weather; camera feeds; and supported equipment controls. Each item can occupy the space its information deserves, from a small numeric gauge to a full-screen chart or camera.
One layout, several displays
Saved views use the same named data sources, preferred units, and display conventions as the rest of BoatKit. They can be opened on browser-based screens around the boat and, when the vessel is connected, through BoatKit Cloud. The layout remains recognizable across displays while adapting to the space available; phone use can rotate a dashboard when its original composition was designed for a wide helm screen.
