Add one Published Calendar integration per ICS link, then place a Calendar item on any saved dashboard. Pick the calendars that belong on that view and assign a color to each vertical day column. BoatKit shows availability in the viewer’s local time zone, with a current-time line.

The vessel runtime fetches published feeds in the background and sends only interval times and availability states to viewers. Titles, descriptions, locations, and invitees are not shown. The links are stored as device secrets and are excluded from portable backups, so they need to be entered again after a restore.

Calendar refreshes need Internet access. During an outage, other onboard features remain usable and previously downloaded availability stays visible until the runtime stops. A fresh offline runtime has no calendar availability until it can reconnect and fetch. Your calendar provider controls who can obtain a published link and what that link reveals.
